How we assess at HSF

At Hempstead Schools Federation we assess against the end of year expectations for each NC Year Group as set out in the Primary National Curriculum 2014. We track pupils' progress through a series of bands and steps matched to the end of year expectations as set out in the National curriculum.  Band 1 is Year 1, Band 2 is Year 2, etc.
