A Safe School for Children and Adults

All staff at Hempstead Schools Federation are trained in holistic positive behaviour management to promote safe and positive environment for all pupils and staff, regardless of need. All staff are given the opportunity to be trained in de-escalation techniques, and if absolutely necessary, positive handling of pupils if they become unsafe to themselves or others.
